Summary:
An Assembler II interprets assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings, and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines.
Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production downtime.
Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
Ability to wire bond/solder.
Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
