In the Supervisor role you will be expected to give direction, advice, and monitor all employees within the Interior Sign department while actively working on production yourself.
Education/Experience Minimum:
A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
As well as 5 years of manufacturing production/supervisor experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Computer aided Graphic Design.
As well as 5 years of manufacturing production/supervisor experience.
Major Responsibilities Give directions, advice, and monitor all employees within the Interior Sign department while actively working.
Help with the responsibility of assigning task, production scheduling, quality control, inventory management and employee guidance.
Expected to deliver results in terms of methods, safety, quantity, quality, and personnel.
Set performance standards, check progress, ensure quality, analyze, and initiate process improvements, and take remedial action.
The training of new employees.
Facilitating Lean Manufacturing.
Interprets and enforces plant rules, regulations, and general policies.
Assembles all interior architectural signage from detailed drawings.
Prioritize work orders with shipping date and production time.
Thoroughly always inspect your work to guarantee a superior finished product.
Maintains the condition of your work area, keep it free from trash and other unnecessary equipment.
Follows company safety policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
